Return Policy

Giovanna-apparel.com will accept return merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt within 15 days of delivery of the package. Gifts purchased on Giovanna-apparel.com may only be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of original delivery. Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit time.

 

Return Instructions

Domestic

To initiate a return please email us at info@giovanna-apparel.com. A return label will be emailed to you once the return is authorized. 

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest UPS location. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing.

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

International

You can select a Standard Return to return with self-postage or an Express Return to return with a prepaid DHL label for a discounted/negotiated rate, to initiate a return please email us at info@giovanna-apparel.com. All duties, taxes and shipping paid is non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. 

FINAL SALE Items

Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.
